Killings of abducted civilians by Afghan Taliban.

According to reports from Kabul, Taliban militants have killed one of four civilians they had kidnapped earlier in the Jaghatu district of Ghazni province. Hassan Reza Yousufi, a member of provincial council said Sunday that these civilians were kidnapped by Taliban in the Qeyaq valley. One of them was a university student named Ali Javid, whose body was found, according to Yousufi, who had no information about three others. Provincial police spokesman Ahmad Khan Sirat also confirmed the murder of one of the four kidnapped civilians. Taliban have not yet commented on the incident. Taliban fighters repeatedly target government employees and university students in different districts of Ghazni province of Afghanistan.
